DriveDen appoints dedicated area agents to represent and grow the DriveDen simulator offering within exclusive geographic territories. Area agents act as local partners, overseeing client engagement, site assessments, and installation coordination within their region. When DriveDen generates a client lead, the assigned area agent manages the installation process and earns a standard commission. When an area agent introduces and secures a client directly, a significantly higher commission structure applies, reflecting their active role in business development. This model ensures clear ownership, strong local representation, and aligned incentives, while allowing DriveDen to maintain consistent product standards, technical oversight, and national brand integrity.
Easy Installation?
All DriveDen simulators are manufactured in Pretoria, where each unit is built, quality-checked, and prepared for deployment before being shipped nationwide in a flat-pack format. This approach ensures consistent build quality while allowing efficient transport to any region in South Africa. Area agents are not required to manufacture or modify the units; their role is to oversee on-site installation, manage the technical setup, and complete the final client handover, ensuring each simulator is delivered to DriveDen standards and client expectations.
